The mission of Equity & Inclusion at Wooster is to create an inclusive and equitable community where all people feel respected and where diversity is celebrated. Equity & Inclusion holds as a goal for each member of the Wooster community to develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to become informed, discerning, empathic and responsible global citizens of an increasingly diverse world.

What we do: Serve as a primary campus resource for facilitating self and community reflection, meaningful conversations, teaching and learning that address issues of diversity and identity in all forms including race & ethnicity, privilege, religion, ability, socioeconomic class, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, immigration status, bias & bullying and rights & activism and the intersectionality among these.
