Convocation 2021
Posted 09/18/2020 01:36PM

Today was our annual event to start the year. Convocation is when we commemorate our commitment to the honor code and to our community. We say the Wooster School prayer, the honor code, and Mr. Byrnes makes remarks for the entire student body. In addition, we have our traditional Crayons to Commencement ceremony in which seniors who have attended Wooster since the lower school are presented with a pin and a box of crayons. This is always a big day to start off the year strong, and while it looked different today -- only seniors and their parents could attend, and it was all socially distanced -- it kept an important Wooster tradition alive.

Crayons to Commencement 2021: Darby Drahzal, William Russell, Charlotte Kaczmarek, Ben Honeycutt, Caroline Weaver, Tom Holloway, Brandon Caraballo, Michael Lynch, Sean Fullerton, Tori Ingulli, Emma Shorten

About WiNK

WiNK (“Wooster Ink”) is Wooster School’s online student news publication. WiNK serves as the student voice of our community, and provides readers with a weekly overview of what's happening in our students' lives, and it gives students a chance to share their interests and voices. The majority of the content is developed in our Upper School Journalism classes, but we also accept contributions from other students and faculty members.
