WiNK Video: Stretching with Zach: Glutes and Groin

I am Zach Felton 11th grader and I am currently taking an Independent Study in Applied Human Performance with Mr. Hutchins and I want to share some of the flexibility strategies that I have studied. Although sometimes it can be a pain to find the time to stretch, it is essential to keep a well-maintained body. Stretching lowers the risk of injury, adds flexibility, makes muscles more healthy, and can even make you stronger. Here is my video to introduce you to some glute and groin stretches.
