Personalized tutoring is one-on-one teaching that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the learner. Tutors work with parents and students to set specific reading, writing, and/or math goals. Areas of focus could include notetaking, written response to a text, summer assignment help, building inferential comprehension, decoding, multiplication, division, and fractions. Personalized tutoring is a great way for all students to review, maintain, and gain academic skills. And in order to prepare students for college, we are offering ACT and SAT prep, Spanish tutorials, and college essay writing.

“The Tutoring Center was excellent! The teachers are very attentive to my concerns as a parent and to my son’s needs. My son was always happy to go, his confidence has grown, and he has acquired some very good learning and study skills.” ~ Wooster Parent
