Virtual Admissions Series

We are excited to offer a series of Admission events for you to learn more about Wooster School. As you will hear from the mouths of our students, parents, and faculty, our school focuses on what really matters: knowing our students as individuals and validating their unique strengths and talents; providing learning opportunities that are supported and built to develop confidence and the skills for college and life; and, at the foundation of this all, close relationships with a talented and caring faculty -- the type of teachers who inspire and can change one’s life.

Middle School Panel - The Middle School Experience

Many middle schools start in 6th grade, but at Wooster’s Middle School, we start in the 5th grade. This allows us to take four years, 5th through 8th grade, to establish a strong relationship with our students and get to know them through their learning journey. By 8th grade our students have built a strong foundation as being a learner.

At Wooster, we recognize that every child is unique. That's why our program, our faculty, and our culture is designed to put students at the center of everything we do. Come learn more about how our Middle School helps students discover a love of learning and their own, unique pathway to success.

The Middle School team facilitates a panel explaining how our program helps students build the skills they need for Upper School, and provides them the opportunities and support to develop confidence in who they are and who they want to be. This is the Middle School your child should experience!

Senior Panel - The Upper School Experience

Hear six members of the Class of 2022 share their unique Wooster stories and answer questions about the Upper School experience. True to our student-centered ethos, the panel will be moderated by our Seniors themselves.

You will also learn more about the Deep Learning Initiative (DLI) at Wooster School. DLI are Wooster’s most rigorous courses, created by our talented faculty and built around the interests of our students. Far more flexible and inspiring than Advanced Placement, DLI pushes students to find their own voice and be creative in the pursuit of sophisticated, original thought.

Bridge Program Panel - The Bridge Program Experience

Wooster's Bridge Program is a highly successful, grades 6-12, mainstream program for students with language-based, executive function, and attention-related learning differences. The program is built around Wooster School's commitment to inclusivity, and gives students the confidence and skills for a lifetime of learning.
